Why semi-solid-state cells suit commercial missions

A semi-solid electrolyte lets us store more energy in each cell while improving thermal stability: our cells pass nail penetration testing, and our pack designs go through thermal shock, salt spray, rain and EMC tests. For FPV and racing, where burst discharge matters more than endurance, we still build high-C LiPo and LiHV packs.

Pack Assembly

From mission profile to production pack

Most projects start with a handful of numbers: airframe weight, payload, target flight time, voltage window and battery bay size. Our engineers turn them into a pack proposal, build samples for your flight tests, then move to volume production in our Shenzhen factory.

  1. Share your mission profilePayload, flight time, flight controller and bay dimensions. An engineer replies within 24 hours.
  2. Get a pack proposalCell grade, series and capacity, discharge rating, BMS protocol, case and connector.
  3. Validate samplesFlight-test samples on your airframe; we adjust the design from your results.
  4. Scale to productionISO 9001 production with incoming cell inspection, capacity checks and aging tests, shipped worldwide with DDP options.

Application FAQs

Start from the mission. Spraying drones need high-discharge smart packs (14S or 18S, 15C) that tolerate frequent charging. Heavy-lift and long-endurance inspection drones gain most from 350–400 Wh/kg semi-solid-state packs, where every kilogram saved becomes payload or flight time. Send us your airframe weight, payload and target flight time and we will recommend a configuration.

Yes. We customise series count (6S–24S), capacity, cell energy density, case dimensions, BMS functions and communication protocol, connectors and wire length, and white-label branding.

Semi-solid-state cells deliver 20–50% higher energy density than conventional LiPo, better thermal stability and stronger discharge in cold weather. LiPo still makes sense for short, very high-burst flights such as FPV racing, which is why we offer both.

Yes. We supply EV-PEAK UAV chargers in dual- and four-channel versions for 6S to 14S packs, plus industrial chargers for high-cell-count batteries, and match the charger to your pack configuration.

We ship worldwide, including DDP delivery. European customers are supported by our sales office and warehouse in Madrid and our battery after-sales service location in Warsaw, and we have a sales office in Chennai, India.
